We loved Gukbap, cold noodles (냉면), gopdol bibimbap w squid. We absolutely loved the short rib (백제갈비). It came out on a sizzling pan! Rare beef gets cooked to medium as you eat. Came here for a comforting Korean meal and it did not disappoint. The galbitang (beef short rib soup) was the highlight — super clear and rich broth, really clean flavor but still deeply satisfying. The meat was tender and fell right off the bone, and you can tell it’s been simmered for a long time. Banchan was solid too — fresh kimchi with a nice kick, crunchy pickled veggies, and everything tasted well-balanced and not overly salty. They kept it simple and authentic, which I really appreciate.
