Delicious seasonal drinks. The staff is always super helpful in giving feedback about the food choices and my ice coffee is always on point! Must try the Vegan PB cookie. I see some negative reviews here but this has not been my impression/experience at all, several of my colleagues are regulars as well. Oh! Also love the NewYorkina Paletas and ice cream sandwiches they offer.
The store makes good coffee (esp. cold brew) but has racist and untrained staff. It is supposed to close at 6PM but when I came to the store at 5:56 it denied service to me, saying they “ran out of coffee”; right afterwards, a Caucasian male walked in and was welcomed to order. I then walked back in but the cashier explicitly told me I was not allowed to enter. (FYI I am also a CBS student and not trying to mess up with them) There seems to be no reason to explain this absurdity…
Friendly service on a Monday morning. I got the matcha latte with oat milk, and it was made very quickly. Do note that it comes unsweetened for anyone who's interested! I would study in this building again with a drink from Joe Coffee Company.
