Smooth, silky steamed rice noodle rolls at this food hall location. Bunch of different filling combinations available from the classic shrimp and beef to "loaded" with shrimp, beef, roast pork. We tried the loaded and it was prepared fresh. We suggest to-go if you want to avoid the noise and crowds. Add a little soy sauce and enjoy. $10
Very popular and busy spot (even on weekdays) for rice rolls but definitely worth the hype and wait in my opinion. They offer several speciality rolls (the Joe's Special and Meat Lover ones are great), all of which cost around $10 and contain several fillings thus more flavor overall. I personally think their rice rolls are also very tasty on their own, almost nostalgic even.
