The NYC Pizzeria has been a long declining institution, but John's seems to be doing all the right things. An excellent regular and Sicilian slice, fair prices, and an atmosphere straight out of the 1980's. Most modern pizza shops have become sterile in their makeovers, which are mostly an afterthought.
