The sign outside got me to go in the matcha tiramisu looked really good and it was good. They have kiosks where you can order and a few seats to wait at. The store was nice and clean and my drink was made quick. The grand st location is my preferred location in lower Manhattan the drink was creamy delicious and the girl who made it was nice.
This was honestly much better than I expected. My family and I were craving bubble tea, which led us to Yaya tea right next door. However, after we saw this place, we checked it out and it had a better variety of teas and options. I recommend getting 80-90% sweetness for the brown sugar milk tea. It was slightly bitter, but the boba made up for it (a solid 9/10). My family got the taro boba milk tea, 70% sweetness. It was extremely creamy. To those ordering, try in store and give feedback then.
They are overcharging customers!!!! Please see receipt and menu photo attached. Better go to a next door place. P.S. it is illegal to charge customers whatever you want, not what you have on the menu. And I didn't add anything extra as you can see. So I filled a complaint, because the staff refuse to go by the menu price You could have a loyal customer with a good review, now you have an angry one and hopefully the inspection will come in soon and give you a big fine
