Every time I order pickup from this place, the estimated time means absolutely nothing. The food is never ready when they say it will be, and I always end up standing around waiting longer than expected.To make matters worse, they tack on extra fees at checkout, ask for tips, and somehow still can't get the basics right. I recently visited Juicy King Crab Express from Jersey and I had a great experience. The service was great (the lady in the front was super nice) and everything was really fresh. I ordered the Daily Special E, a couple clusters of snow crab, some shrimp, and some wings. They were super nice to offer to put everything in a party tray when I mentioned that I needed to go back to Jersey!
