Back when I was living in Manhattan, anytime we were craving Filipino food, wanted to sing along, or just have a Red Horse again, we would always come here even if it was a bit far. I bought 2 roast pig $760! NOT worth the price. There is no meat! it looks like a malnourished pig. All bones!! The skin is not crispy, its stale. We expect a crunchy skin which is everyone's favorite, but instead we got a soft pale colored skin, some part of the meat is not cooked. VERY disappointing! What a shame! Do not get a roast pork from Kabayan.
