If you haven't yet been to Kashkar Cafe, make it a top priority! This place is incredible. I am new to Uyghur cuisine, but it absolutely blew me away how flavorful and delicious everything was. Highly recommend coming here and I will surely be back.
First time trying Uyghur food and it was amazing. It had the taste of other central asian cuisines, with its unique ideas, like pepper and pak choi in soup. The kebab was insanely good and juicy. Also the tea was poured into bowls, which felt nostalgic. The atmosphere was lovely with traditional music and decorations.
A cute, homey family restaurant specializing in homemade Uyghur food. The Lamb Ribs Kebab was the standout—it was tender, juicy, and meaty. We found the fried noodles to be slightly too salty and oily, but the overall experience was welcoming.
