This definitely deserves a 0. I had a really bad experience here ordered a combo, but they didn’t even give me the fries or the soda that comes with it which already made no sense. On top of that, I clearly told them not to put white sauce on my food because I’m allergic, but they still added it anyway. That’s not just a small mistake, thats something that could seriously affect someone’s health. When I went back to talk to them they were really rude and didn’t seem to care at all. Instead
My spicy chicken sandwich had a bug on the bottom of the bun . They didn’t send me my soda for my combo and they didn’t send my 2 litter soda. I called them to let them know and the guy was rude and disrespectful. He didn’t wanna hear what I had to say . Never will I order from them again. Do Not order from them .
i went with my 3 friends (so 4 in total) and we all ordered food one by one. i kid you not the (south asian with a beard, average height, had a green shirt on when i went, short hair, very stubborn) guy at the register got all of our orders wrong, and luckily he fixed it for most of us, but he refused to give my friend the wings that she ordered. never going back to this place. if i could rate it a 0 i would, but i cant, so i give it a 1.
