Extremely disappointed with this order. I paid $14.42 for a 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal, but the portion sizes were ridiculous. One of the chicken pieces was actually smaller than the side container for the mashed potatoes. It feels like a total rip-off for the price. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control because this is not what a "Big Box" should look like.
I went to KFC at the end of June and the temperatures and humidity were very high, there were plenty people waiting for their meal. Out of the blue, the cashier started give us cups and told us that we can take drinks as much as we can because it was a very hot day. I thought this gesture was very nice and kind .
Keepin it real out here in Murray Hill Straight up mid. The wait time was a bit long, tables weren't cleaned. People love KFC, i feel like a little improvement will go a long way. This new honey sandwich didn't hit, not sure if its the sandwich itself or just the location. Probably won't get it again. My previous visit was 2 years ago close to the end the fried chicken craze, and thought the sandwich was great.
