The typical KFC restaurant - chicken is good and the folks working there are nice. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness - I know it’s self service and some people leave a mess but a lot of the tables and the floor were dirty. We had to wipe down our table with wet napkins because it was still very oily.
My husband always visit this store which is ok the staff has good and bad, the bad one is a woman always making a foul words and arrogant. But he loves the place and likes the Sander’s recipe of chicken 🍗. But today, we ordered from UBER eat for 3 pcs combo after the long wait 1hr (may be winter) the order got only 2pcs combo! Thats messed up! What the hell this world going on! And for chicken it came sad 2pcs with 1 thigh 1 drum where is my other thigh! Shame on you KFC woodside you cant eve
They send you whatever they feel like sending regardless of what you order. They don't follow directions. Chicken is undercooked they do not package your food up properly items are missing from order. Overall disappointment. Getting my money refunded through grub hub was not enough because I was unable to place another order due to refund taking up to 5 days. Totally inconvenienced. This location needs to be closed down because they always receive poor reviews.
