Food was absolutely horrendous! Chicken tenders fell flat and were HARD… The biscuits were undercooked and chewy. The staff was completely incompetent. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there was a hair at the bottom of the bucket.. no wonder my large order was ready in under 5 minutes…. absolutely nasty. No thank you 125th.
The black ladies who works here are super rude. They yelled at me for eating a sandwich from Burger King, even if I ordered a box of chicken from them. If you don’t have confidence in your food, this is probably not a good career path for you. I never got any trouble for eating outside food at other fast food restaurants, as long as I purchase some “inside food”.
Had an unexpectedly pleasant experience here! Staff were in good spirits, attentive to regulars with disabilities/difficulties and fast with service. The staff were also genuinely asking each customer about the loyalty program which was impressive to see as well.
