You people are getting from bad to worst. This is the second time I’ve order and when the uber driver arrives you cancel the order instead of calling to ask if I wanted something else like you usually do. Disgusting service! Do better, people are paying for the food! Is not free.
By far the rudest worker I've ever met. I come her often and order the jerk chicken. They didn't have any available so I asked for baked chicken, not only did the young lady get my order wrong but she gave me such attitude from the start of taking my order. Gave me stank look and when I asked for jerk gravy on my rice, she purposely ignored me. I beg to differ. The 135th location is way better. From food, to service, to atmosphere. The one on Frederick Douglas ( 8th ave ) doesn't care if they make a mistake and, ends up charging you more than what you tended on buying. I'm Haitian I would rather go all the way to brooklyn or queens than to go to 8th or 145th and pay $15 than to eat there $6 plate. Also the 135th location rice and peas are way better.
