Unassuming standby with booth seating specializing in Cantonese dishes & other Chinese food.
From Google Maps reviews.
It was ok. We ordered a couple of the noodle soups—duck and spare ribs. The soups could have been warmer. We are on a quest to find the best noodle restaurant in Chinatown and this would be pretty far down the list. Supposedly the clay pot dishes are good and likely better than the noodle soups. We also got some truffle soup dumplings. We have definitely had better soup dumplings at other places. If we come back it will be for the clay pot dishes. I would pass on the rest.
Choy sum w garlic was super yummy! Fresh food and open late. Hard to find a good food place open at 2am. Our server spoke 7 languages! Smart friendly guy. He spoke English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Cantonese, mandarin, and another dialect.
We tried the two-meat combo. The portion size was fair, though slightly smaller compared to another BBQ spot we often visit. The roast duck and char siu were a bit cold and not reheated, so the flavor wasn’t at its best—serving them warm would likely make a big difference. Prices are reasonable, and the dining area is comfortable.
