I’ve been coming to this bar for quite some time, and with the new woman's touch in leadership Kitty Sullivan's has only gotten better. The bartenders are consistently friendly, fun, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. The owner is incredibly hospitable and clearly takes pride in making guests feel at home, which really shows in the overall experience. NFL Sundays are a standout — there are plenty of TVs, and the staff is always happy to switch games so
I love coming to Kitty’s. It’s right in my neighborhood in Astoria. And it’s so much better and welcoming than how it used to be with the new leadership under Trish. We can count on the bar playing women’s sports games and the men’s games and welcoming different kinds of groups to organize and have watch parties together at the bar. I have friends in the gay softball league who have organized outings after their games there and my own women’s sports group is hosting monthly Liberty watch game p
I’ve loved my experience at Kitty’s! I live in the neighborhood and have been looking. for a space to connect with other women’s sports fans in Astoria. Trish has created a space that welcomes all, and always will throw on a Liberty or women’s hockey game. In fact, they are usually on! This is a space that is continuing to grow and bring in new clientele after the old space’s vibes, and I’m so glad it’s in our neighborhood.
