This açaí bowl was so bad. I have tried many açaí bowls before and this one had to be the worst one ever. Before i even opened it, i saw that the bowl wasn’t even up to the lid, that’s how i knew it was going to be bad. It got worst when i opened it. I saw that there wasn’t a lot of fruit or granola!!!!! This has been my go-to pick-me-up after a doctor's visit. I have been a loyal customer since it opened. The avocado toasts were to die for - slathered with avocado and abundantly sprinkled with cheese and tomato. Not anymore. This time, you could count the white cheese in your fingers on the three toasts. Worse, the cashier and server kept calling women customers "lady". I haven't encountered that before in the service industry - "ma'm" maybe. "Lady" seems informal and patronizing. I finished my
Kiwi Line is a small restaurant but with a very pleasant space to enjoy a good açaí bowl. The place is cozy and simple, which makes it inviting to sit down and eat, although I do think they should improve the air circulation or add better cooling since it gets quite hot inside, and that takes away from the overall comfort of the experience.
