The food is extremely fresh, and I was very impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The rice, vegetables, and seaweed all tasted clean and natural. I didn’t even dip my sushi in soy sauce — I ate it directly and could clearly taste the natural sweetness of the rice. That’s how fresh everything was. I happened into this place to pick up a late-night take-out dinner and the rolls I got were delicious. Well made with a nice texture, and full of flavor. I went back later in the week and got some more adventurous sushi and it was also delicious - a clear step above the other places I've been to in this neighborhood. Definitely recommend it for delicious sushi and other Japanese foods!
