This update is for the Door Dash driving. I wish I could leave a half star. I ordered from Kokio Chicken & Beer using their delivery method which is Door Dash. I paid for a quick delivery of 30 minutes instead of the standard time 45 minutes to 1 hour. The food arrived within 1 hour, so I was ripped off for that. The driver never contacted me to let me know that he was at my address, instead he left it in the salon. How can you make a food delivery to the wrong address and think that's okay.
I found Kokio because I was at a park nearby one night and wanted good wings. The first time I ate from here it wings were so good I had time for a photo, ate them while driving. Finger licking. This second time I drove 20 minutes from work just for them. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Always hot and cooked once you order, nothing is pre-cooked. I got honey garlic both times. The decor of Kokio is artsy, modern and is perfect for friends gathering. The staff was really attentive and friendly. We did a take out order picking up at 1:00pm on Sunday and the wait wasn’t too bad about 25 minutes. We ordered an Assorted Wings with 7 flavors and Sausages stew with complimentary sweet potato fries (over $50 after tax). The food was amazingly delicious and served warm and fresh.
