We visited K-Pot yesterday, and overall the food and service from the servers were excellent. The food came out incredibly fast, the seafood was fresh, the pork belly BBQ was delicious, and the virgin piña colada was amazing. This experience was honestly disappointing. The biggest issue was the service. The servers ignored us multiple times, and some of them came across as having an attitude. It honestly felt like they assumed we were going to be difficult just because we were a group of teenagers. The seating wasn’t great either. This is the second kpot I’ve been to. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You order most of what you need from the tablet and the staff brings it right out. We had a great time. Let me emphasize the staff is amazing! The serving sizes are portion based. I don’t feel like their selection is as diverse as the one I went to in the BX.
