I was initially skeptical, perhaps a bit quick to judge, but this place pleasantly surprised me. The pizza base was crunchy, and it tasted fresh despite being reheated in the oven. I finally get the pizza-slice culture now. I even ended up ordering another slice.
I was disappointed. The pizza was very dry and overloaded with garlic to the point that it overwhelmed the other flavors. I also ordered a chicken roll, which was passable, but it was dry as well. The biggest issue is that there are simply too many better pizza places to choose from. I only ended up here because so few places in the area stay open later at night. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't return unless there were no other options.
Heni, the gentleman working the Sunday evening shift, was great. He took an interest in my 4 year old son (getting treatment at MSK). His kindness made my son’s night. Customer service was excellent. Pizza was good.
