short: best customer service of any Krispy Kreme from Jeremiah long: placed an online order for a dozen to take to the office to share with coworkers. I usually go to the one on 23rd Street but it's farther and the staff is on the rude side so I decided to go on the obstacle course to find this location. I looked at the map a few times and still had to ask an NJ Transit employee for directions. I finally made it, and the customer service of Jeremiah was very refreshing. The big dozen box is awk
Today, Krispy Kreme was offering a free donut promotion because of the U.S. winning its World Cup match last night. When I asked about the offer at this location, I explained the promotion, but I was told, “We are not participating.” I accepted that politely and said, “Okay, thank you.” However, I later found out that other people I know were able to redeem the same promotion without any issue. That made the interaction feel very upsetting and unfair. I have been to this location multiple times
Got the original glazed and tried the cinnamon roll. Never had krispy kreme before and it's ok, didn't blow me away with all the hype I've heard about them. The original glazed was good and the cinnamon roll tasted like a honey bun, would say it could used more cinnamon filling. Tried the Cookie Biscoff flavor, was pretty good flavor and good mix of textures.
