I love the lady here she is so friendly. The man on the other hand didn't seem very welcoming. Also love drinking coffee grounds by the way. Got like a dot of kreme in the donuts, sad day for me.
I got there 8:30 am and to get a dozen hot donuts as advertised on there windows and everywhere, the girls answer was we dont have fresh donuts our fryer is broken. I asked ok when can i come back she says we dont know maybe later on in the day. How as a fresh donut shop you want to serve me yesterdays donuts and your machine is broken 8:30 am. Horrible but my day was turned good because i went to country donuts down the block where every donut is handmade fresh.
Another very disappointing visit to Krispy Kreme in Staten Island. It seems that when you thought it couldn’t get worse it does. All we wanted was a good dozen original glazed donuts. We got the dozen, but definitely didn’t get “good”. What should’ve taken only a few minutes to order ends up taking well over 25. Ridiculous…one employee processing orders, while many other employees stand around laughing and talking, not involving themselves in assisting customers. Management clearly doesn’t seem
