This location consistently gets my drinks wrong. Out of the last 5 orders, about 4 were incorrect or incomplete. I’ve received drinks with sugar even when I specifically ordered 0 sugar, paid for 2 toppings but only received 1, and the Oreo slush often has a noticeable coffee taste. The drink preparation and quality control really need improvement. Better staff training and more attention to order accuracy would make a big difference.
I stopped by and bought a few drinks using my card. Afterwards, I wanted to grab a bag of chips, but the cashier told me there was a $5 minimum for card purchases. I understood and went to my car to find some change. When I came back, I was just a few cents short, and I politely asked if they could make an exception this one time. I usually order milk tea from CoCo, and it’s very good. I decided to try something different. I asked the cashier what are some of his best sellers, he mentioned the mango jelly. I like mango, so, i decided to try. Paid $7+ for the large. OMG! One sip and it was in the garbage. It tasted like a 1lbs of sugar was added. It was soooooo sweet. Not drinkable at all.
