First-time customer. I tried the walnut latte, and the quality was actually pretty good! However, while I enjoyed the coffee, I don't feel entirely comfortable coming back right now because the shop is heavily understaffed. There were only two people working—one guy and one gal. The gal was absolutely amazing, making drinks like she had four hands, but she was clearly under an immense amount of stress with all the orders. She deserves a raise, and I hope she’s doing okay. I’d love to return once
The store is cute and clean, and the staff are very attentive. However, most of the items are either canned or pre-packaged Japanese products that you could easily find at any convenience store. I tried the Herbal Drink #4 — it was very refreshing, but paying $10 for it again isn’t really justifiable. I hope this store manages to last, though!
I bought a melon, wow, it was truly breathtaking. From the moment I walked into the store, through the purchasing process, to seeing its outer packaging, and finally tasting it, I have to say Kyo offers the best service, products, and an unparalleled experience. I recall a famous ramen bowl inscribed with "この一滴が最高の喜びです." Yet for Kyo's melon, I must confess that after the last bite, I immediately wanted to buy another! Absolutely worth every penny! Alongside the melon, I also purchased other item
