The cuy was good it was my first time trying this dish it Was crispy the vegetables what's good The meat was very good not bed. If you're into trying new things and new foods , from different places , I suggest coming here and trying it , it was really good
This was my first time eating Cuy. My wife ( from Colombia) has been missing it for almost 5 years. When we were visiting NYC and saw Coy on the menu we had to stop. It was tender, and delicious. Our server/ think the owner was kind and attentive ( he even gave us the special table!). The atmosphere was fun.and vibrant. If you are ever in the area stop here. Order Cuy. Success.
