The food was really good the first time I came here. I came back a week later and when the younger guy with the beard saw me.... all of a sudden the price doubled for the chicken stew. I am a white Hispanic but don't look Hispanic. I feel they gave me "Caucasian" prices. I bought it anyway because I was exhausted and didn't want to find another restaurant at the moment. When I got home the chicken stew was mostly bones and fat. I will definitely go somewhere else. There are plenty of restaurants
Casa del Pollo is one of my favorite locations for good Dominican food. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. I have never had a negative experience in all the time I eat there. Highly recommend this food spot to everyone. 👍💯👋
Ended up at La Casa del Pollo after missing my exit — and honestly, I think from now on I might intentionally miss my exit on road trips just to stop here. We ordered two lunch plates, four empanadas, and a side of avocado oh and an Orange traditional soda all for $36. The plates were the rotisserie chicken and steak with onions. Both came with beans and sweet plantains, and for the price, it was an amazing deal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying — everything tasted homemade
