The seitan burrito was phenomenal. Their salsa verde is picante (so good). Husband had chilaquiles (perfection, he said). Good drinks menu. Great service. Super cute and homey atmosphere. Took one point off because my burrito looked so lonely on that plate!
I sought out places for amazing ceviche and I found it here in spades. I arrived as a solo diner a little after four pm and happily discovered it was the start of happy hour. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. While that menu was tempting I came here to do dueling ceviches. The fire and ice wasn’t available due to no coconuts in house, but the server swiftly made up for it with other recommendations. I have been everywhere across the states, i love mexican food, i travel a lot for work but i am based in nyc. First time here and to be honest never again, Price is ridiculous even for Astoria comparing to the food quality Had Carne Asada-stake of 10oz come with rice and beans but istead of beans i asked for lettuce and they gave me some greens that my cow wouldn't eat, The first time i am being charged for tortillas...
