Waiter took our order and made us wait 40 minutes while other people who came afterwards for served food. When we asked about our order, they said 'oops' and that our food would take another 25 minutes to arrive. We left. It was Sunday at 3:15 so it was not rush hour. The business seemed more preoccupied with delivery orders than the patrons at the location.
My mom lives down the block, and we walked in on a whim while on a walk. OMG the food is delicious and so fresh. Valeria, our server, was the absolute sweetest. We wanted a light snack and ordered the maduros, the pan con queso, and a bunch of incredible chicken and beef empanadas, which are made to order and are crunchy and out of this world! We will be returning often for sure!!
Called and ordered arroz con pollo for pick up. And never in my life where I had to wait for my food to be ready for an HOUR!!!! I have asked them why was is taking soooooo long. The girl who took my order said the people in the kitchen had forgotten about my order. No apologies or tried to keep a customer. Very rude and disrespectful service I had experienced.
