What a great find!! I highly recommend La Plactia!! West Coast and had been missing my Mexican street tacos and have found a place worthy. This food is fantastic, wholesome ingredients, great flavos, and all around delicious. I’ve been suggesting this lovely spot to all my Columbia Pres colleagues. Ishmael provides wonderful service. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.
The bistec torta from here was so good, I went back three times in two days. I also tried enchilada con salsa verde and another bistec platter, which were good, but I still like torta the best. I ordered Huevos Rancheros and a shrimp taco. The Huevos Rancheros are not really Huevos Rancheros. The sauce is a plain tomato sauce. It is not Ranchero salsa. They add chorizo to it, which is odd. The eggs were over cooked. They were fine for what they were - more Huevos a la Mexicana. The shrimp tacos are Baja style. That said, the batter was not overused. I could actually taste the shrimp.
