The best thing about this hotel is its great location, and I definitely appreciated that the room was clean. Having black coffee available by the exit was also a helpful and welcome touch for starting the day. However, there were several major drawbacks. Room & bath quite small; very clean. I think this (Rm 604) was the quietest NYC room I've ever had, esp as it wasn't that high up - virtually no street noise. Front desk helpful & friendly. 10 min walk to Moynihan/Penn Sta & many B'way theatres. Breakfast adequate; I saw other reviews re lack of seating but I was able to find a spot both days. Exc tiny coffee place across the street.
The location of the hotel was convenient, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect. The bed was very uncomfortable and left us with back pain. While the pillows were fine, the duvet was sandwiched between two sheets and kept sliding off all night.
