Lots of parking, good location, well made food. I got the fried chicken, corn, mash potatoes with a corn bread. Service is fast, u walk and order and pay first. Then they will prepare the food for you. There is tables to sit and dine. Place was clean and employees were friendly. I brought the food back home and ate the fried chicken after like 40mins and it was still crispy.
Food was alright, but hearing my total was a bit surprising. I got one (fried) chicken sandwich meal (sandwich, fries, drink) and a chocolate chip cookie. The total was over $17.00. Overall, the atmosphere was good and the other food that I could see looked good as well. I would return, now knowing what to expect. Service was prompt and pleasant and the restaurant was clean.
$13 and change got me 2 pieces of roasted chicken, 2 sides, corn bread and a can of soda. Chicken was good, a bit on the smaller side. Greenbeans and broccoli were good, maybe slightly overdone. It felt like a home cooked meal.
