We needed a hotel near LaGuardia. This one checks all the boxes. Shuttle to and from airport. Super clean room. But what has set this place apart was check in experience. Jalissa and Nicholas M. were so helpful and ready to answer our questions and requests. I will absolutely stay here again and I just hope the management of this hotel reads this but our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend.
I’m giving it a 4/5 because our overall experience was pretty good. The room needs a microwave. You can refrigerate food but can’t warm it up! And the paid for “breakfast buffet” was equivalent to the complimentary breakfast offered at other hotels, not worth $22. The gym and pool area were clean. The sauna was a plus. The staff were nice. Highly recommend this hotel if traveling to NYC! Very close to LaGuardia Airport, free shuttle, excellent customer service, warm pool, great work out facility, and you even get a cookie when you check in! We had a little glitch because we booked through Expedia, but Arianna and Ashley got us all set with what we needed and were super kind and professional!
