Randomly came across this restaurant on google maps and so happy I did! The food was incredible!! We had akra, oxtail Mac, lamb chops, and kale salad. All of which was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. It appears everything is made to order so it did take a little while but was worth the wait.
Okay. I didn't want to do this, but I have to say it. This place is cool, but very much understaffed. I don't know how long we waited for our food. The waiter was the bartender, the hostess, and the server. He was super nice and offered complimentary shots because of the delay. That was nice for my Peeps, but I don't drink. First time coming here and probably my last at least for the food. The service was impeccable, the waitresses was attentive (and gorgeous) and the drinks were also good. However, my food was not satisfactory. Aside from the wings, my goat we burnt, dry, virtually unedible. My plantains were tasteless and black rice was decent. The oxtail flatbread also kinda tasted like a supreme pizza. Would only recommend coming here if you're looking for good drinks, good vibes, and a good looking waitress
