The star of the show is definitely the hand-pulled noodles! They have the perfect, chewy texture and hold up beautifully in the bowl. The broth is incredibly rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered to perfection. Pro Tip: This place gets packed very fast, so prepare to wait a bit during peak hours or try to arrive early. It is well worth the wait! I'm already planning my next visit because I definitely want to try their burgers next time. Highly recommend!
We got the spicy chicken dry noodles and braised beef soup noodles. The noodle were soft and chewy. You can see them making the fresh hand pulled noodles. The chill oil wontons were also amazing. CHILLI OIL WAS THE HIGHLIGHT. Try it with marinated eggs
The original 1915 location in Chinatown. Extremely busy so you may have to wait for a seat. Service is very fast and courteous. They don't ask for tip so their staff are paid a living wage. The noodles are made fresh and are very tasty. Lots of options for flavours and meats to go with the noodles served dry or in a broth. They also have delicious "bao". Highly recommend a visit!
