The pizza at La Rustica really hits the spot. Great taste, plenty cheesy and the right amount of sauce. It definitely has that old school pizzeria taste and the cherry on the top is that all of the toppings are beef! No pork!!!!!!
I got a large Bianca pizza added mushrooms, spinach, and jalapeño. The pizza was quite nice. The flavor was good, and the combination of mozzarella and ricotta cheese was very nice. The pie was thin and crispy just the way I liked it. They gave a good amount of spinach, but a bit cringy with mushrooms for $6 dollars worth if you ask me. The jalapeño they used was pickled. My family and I have been ordering from La Rustica for years and the quality of this delicious pizza has always been top notch. As a lifelong New Yorker, who has tried many pizza establishments, this is by far my favorite, hands down.
