Le Gaz is the cutest, quirkiest little coffee shop — tiny in size but big in personality! I loved the cozy, corky vibe the moment I walked in. Despite its small footprint, the space feels welcoming, warm, and full of charm. Their matcha and coffee were both excellent — smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. such a gorgeous spot to grab some Vietnamese coffee!! the coffee is so smooth and the foam on top is delicious. loved that it wasn’t overly sweet too. it is very strong also and i had it at like 6pm so it was def hard to fall asleep lol but such a wonderful drink! few spots to sit and some outlets too!! would absolutely come back and get it again
le gaz’s atmosphere hits you instantly, minimalist, sharp, but fundamentally warm. Red accents, intimate tables, a meticulously curated layout. The first sip of the vani muối latte is a revelation. You get that punch of sweet, fragrant vanilla, and then the salt hits, cutting through the dairy, sharpening the espresso. It’s brilliant. It’s balanced.
