Wow! 🤩 I am so happy that I made the choice to come here!! I was lt down elsewhere and I decided to try the chaulafan and it was perfect! I tried the mini bolones and their happy hour was a first! We got started with tostado and chifles. Ceviche Jipijapa was amazing. Peanuts are widely used in the Coastal region of Manabi (where Jipijapa is located). Definitely recommend. It's a creative take on ceviche de pescado with peanut sauce, and it was totally worth it. The canelazo was also very good.
