Im not even the biggest fan of cookies, but Levain is just so good. Their cookies are huge and on the chunkier side. It’s slightly soft in the center but crunchy on the outside, and has sufficient mix in ingredients (chocolate chips, walnuts, etc.) Fav is def the chocolate chips and walnut. I did find the two chip chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookie to be too chocolatey and sweet for my preference. Omg- these cookies were insane. We got the original, which is the walnut chocolate chip, and their special edition white chocolate chip macadamia. they were both really delicious and we got them heated up, the inside was so gooey and warm, it was incredible. There was no line when we came in, but there was a huge line after we were leaving. It’s a pretty small shop, seating is very limited, and I would highly recommend ordering for pick up ahead of time.
One of New York City’s most renowned cookie shops, this place offers a wide variety of delicious cookies. I tried the chocolate chip cookies, and they were absolutely fantastic. The hype surrounding this place is well-deserved; it’s definitely worth a visit.
