A wonderful café An amazing experience as soon as you walk through the doors One of the workers was very sweet and waited, and even helped me choose an order when I was overwhelmed with so many possibilities also my shake that I ordered was made very fast!!
They sell fully frozen açai bowls: just the block of ice. I placed order via the LifeTime application, it promised 20% discount as for a new member, but failed to apply it. Then, when I came to confirm the order, the staff had no record of it. And finally, I was given just a piece of ice in a bowl, and in no way I was notified in advance that it is the way they serve, until it was ready and given to me. Rotating staff of young college kids are too fit and beautiful to pay attention to details. What they lack in timeliness and effort is compensated with a smile and hair flip. Those dimples, though.
