This is the best Thai food I’ve had in a minute. Not super salty or sweet, all the flavors were balanced and sittin at the counter was a nice touch. My man was making every plate with love
Cool place, good food. The Crab Rangons 5/5 were delicious, melt in your mouth good The Chicken Khao Soi 3/5 was interesting, seemed to almost be good but something flavour profile wise was slightly off, also the chicken we added to the dish seemed grey and could be much higher quality meat very clearly. The Seared Ribeye Crudo 4.25/5 was expensive at $20, but had a nice flavour Overall a nice place, you can tell the other dishes: Drunken Noodles, Burger ( Lunch only ) would be better
The street adjacent to this restaurant is a literal Fortnite lobby. I swear I passed Tung Tung Tung Sahur crossing the street. The thing about this restaurant is that it is inspired by Thai street food and you can tell they did the distressed tiles to make it seem lived in. But that vibe is offset by a super Brooklyn-y merch section and pricing. Not that i’m complaining. The smash burger and crab fried rice (wym a crab fried this rice??) were delicious! The fried rice particularly spiked my LDL
