Delicious birthday dinner for our family group. Indeed a "Mom & Pop" operation, but our varied dishes came out at a good clip & all were excellent. Good value price-wise. Leftovers to take home. Friendly service. Deserves to be busier!
The food here is a little on the bland side. Their onion fried rice is pretty good though. This restaurant is Michelin recommended but noticed it was from 2017. A lot of competition now w same type of spicy style foods. They need to revamp a little. Just seems like they are comfortable being average kinda feel in there. The service is ok. When we asked for stuff, the wait staff seemed annoyed. Price is kinda high for average food.
I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the food. The Sliced Pork Belly w. Chili Garlic Sauce was actually sweet, which threw me off. I lost interest after just one bite. The so-called “paper-wrapped lamb” was really just cumin lamb served on a piece of foil. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t particularly good either, and it was quite salty.
