Unfortunately, every time I’ve popped in for a drink to enjoy in the park, I leave the shop feeling like I was being judged or a burden to the employees.. no greeting, no smile, no “what can I get for you?”, just flat stares and/or they continue their personal conversations with each other behind the counter. It’s honestly really bizarre and off-putting. Coffee is just ok, pretty acidic for my taste.
Shocked at how highly acidic, practically undrinkable, the cold brew is?? If offering such a high acidity blend, I would expect it to not be concentrated, or at the least come with a lot of ice to dilute. Disappointed there isn't a more balanced blend or roast, or even an iced coffee, or perhaps a warning label? My palate and stomach are fried. I had a pretty disappointing experience here. The baristas came across as cold and unwelcoming—no smile, no warmth, just attitude from the start. I ordered a regular hot latte with whole milk, but there was confusion multiple times, possibly due to my accent.
