Loon Chuan has been a reliable go-to for Chinese food on the South Shore for years. The menu is extensive, and the flavors are consistently satisfying—especially the General Tso’s Chicken and shrimp lo mein. The portions are generous, and the food always arrives hot whether dining in or ordering out. The staff is friendly and efficient, though service can be a bit slow during peak hours. Honestly only came here because the advance said it was top 3 on the island. It was terrible. The wonton soups was clear with no flavor and the brown sauce for the chicken with broccoli was sweet. The broccoli was hard. The egg roll was meh at best.
Horrible Food- Filthy establishment- Extremely poor customer service- Highly advise against eating here- hopefully they close soon so a more qualified business owner can put something here that better suits the community. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.
