Honestly the food in my experience is good, it doesn't take long to arrive, they have nice big portions. I just don't understand why when you ask for the bill, they only give you a piece of paper with the final number, including tax and tip or why the last 3 times I went I paid more than what it says on the menu. But well, in my experience.
Authenticity is what this place is all about. The young waitress was spot on with the service from the minute I walked in. While this is a local place and there's no fancy bells and whistles, the authentic food and prompt service will top any fancy decor of a place that lacks. This will be my go-to for a delicious meal when in town.
I love their Arrachera Steak platter it’s to die for. Food is pretty decent and wait time is not that bad if you’re dining in. Only downside is the waitresses, have been coming here for years and it is always the same the waitresses do not acknowledge your needs. They put the food on the table and completely forget about you, you have to constantly either get up and get them to come to you or try your luck and flag them down.
