As a born-and-raised New Yorker, I’ve lived in Brooklyn (and Manhattan) long enough to know that when you find a spot you genuinely love, you hold onto it. Luci’s Cafe on Bedford has become that place for me. I originally wandered in after a yoga class looking for coffee. The coffee was excellent, so I came back. Then I came back again. And again. At this point, I’m there almost every day, whether it’s for a coffee, my daily fresh-squeezed watermelon juice, a breakfast burrito, or lunch. Lazaro
New update: the portions are getting A LOT smaller and there is new staff that’s not nearly as nice or helpful. Not worth it anymore. Original: Love this place! The food is delicious, great smoothies, perfect vibes to work/read. The staff is so nice.
I had the huevos con chorizo and my partner had pancakes with an iced coffee! The food came out quickly, and the woman at the counter was really nice. Everything tasted delish. We’ll be back soon!
