Ordered a shrimp roll and it was full of oil not probably drained, these people will get you sick. Is it normal to have attitude? when you are paying 15$+ Let your children work if you aren't happy to provide good service. No smile here only misery!!
Rude, I honestly stopped ordering from them a while back. However, a friend of mine experienced a very similar experience I had and im extremely disappointed that no improvement has been made. They need to work on their customer service or have someone else take orders.
Beyond rude came in very respectful I even called three time no answer and I tell them and they ignore me im disgust only reason I’m coming here is because my daughter loves the lo mein but they are very angry and it’s disrespectful since if it was not for people supporting the business they would have no income to support family.
