Has the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Definitely gave me a very different impression from the LA store. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d stay away from this location. The one worker was openly talking shit about customers who were waiting outside in the cold for an hour, complaining about how ‘busy’ she is when she was just standing there talking shit. If you don’t want to work and respect others, please please please just stay home rather than ruining people’s days.
Everyone was so nice and calm for the madhappy x free city drop. Emily was the sweetest and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The manager was so grateful and upbeat. Thank you madhappy!
I agree that the staff are disorganized. They’re mostly kids/young adults working, and some of them are nice but overall not the best customer service. They honestly just need a manager instead of scheduling them and letting it be a free for all
