Jada at the front desk was very warm, welcoming and assured I had everything I needed. Mary did the most beautiful French pedicure and found the perfect mix for my base color. The salon is clean and so aesthetically pleasing.
The salon itself is beautiful and very aesthetic, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the actual nail service. The application was sloppy, especially around the cuticles, and the polish looks uneven. Several nails feel noticeably bumpy instead of smooth, which you can both see and feel. This manicure was a truly awful experience. I booked after seeing on Instagram as a special treat for my birthday. I live nearby and really wanted to like it here. The experience itself was uncomfortable as you have to sit hunched over to get your manicure & it took way longer than I was expecting. No one offered to like take my coat or put my things anywhere. There were very limited color selections. I was shocked to see they were using Dove products? There was no massage & they were closing wh
