Penne pasta had a METAL SCREW in it, please see photo attached. I called to explain and was told I can only get a credit and they can make a new order. It was only until I stated I will report to Staten Island advance that I was granted a refund. The guy on the phone had assumed I was lying and told me “enjoy your free meal”. That’s not very great customer service. I would never get food from here again.
I ordered shrimp parm hero and a calzone. Absolutely delicious. The calzone was full without the edges being all dough. The hero was big and very good. They are kind and helpful and the delivery man was well mannered and fast. That's why this is my pizza place 😋✌🏽😃
We order from this restaurant often, however the food is inconsistent. My husband order ziti Bolognese, he asked if it had ricotta cheese. He asked for it without and just add mozzarella. It comes ziti and sauce no meat. Really? I ordered spinach and peas in alfredo sauce. It came right and it was good. Then I looked at my bill , each dinner had an extra charge of $2. So I asked why, of course nobody knows so you go on hold. They come back to the phone and say we took the one $2 charge
