We visited this creamery on Valentine’s Day around 7:30 p.m. Adam greeted us upon the door opening while serving another customer. ☺️ Once he got to us, he explained that the ice cream is vegan and there’s no processed sugars, just maple! He also gave us a sample to try. We told him we’ll come back since we were having dinner soon. Delicious plant-based ice cream!! It is so hard to find yummy desserts without refined sugar (outside of my own kitchen), so it was such a delight to come across this spot! I’m grateful I found it. I will definitely be back. I especially enjoyed the pistachio and chocolate flavors.
Incredible experience!! The owner was so kind and explained each of the flavors and their ingredients in addition to the process that went into making them. So many to great flavors to choose from with each one labeled whether it was gluten free or not. I ended up mixing flavors (strawberry and pistachio) because I couldn’t decide. The ice cream is so so rich and creamy. I’m looking forward to when I return😊
